Sandra Haspl

Sandra is interested in capturing the intricacies of design and mood through composition and color to create portraits of people, animals, and nature. The luminosity seen in her work is achieved through the art of painting on porcelain. The combination of oil, mineral paints and high heat to vitrify the colors on the porcelain, has been practiced in Asia and Europe for many centuries. Sandra’s work is in collections at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, UW Hospital & Clinics, Madison, Epic and many other corporations and private homes throughout the Midwest and Europe.
