Biographical Info   Artist  Bio  Marcia Hero has been creating art since she was a student, for several consecutive summers, at the Milwaukee Art Museum. She studied oil painting, as a young adult, at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, and continued to paint while living in San Salvador, El Salvador in Central America. Upon her return to the U.S., she completed her fine art academic studies at Mount Mary University. Since then, she has studied under artists Pamela Scesniak, James Hempel, Fred Bell, and Lorin Willey. In recent years, Marcia has added Watercolors, Mixed Media, Assemblage, Collage, and Book Arts to her repertoire of fine art. She is a professional member of the Wisconsin Visual Artists, the League of Milwaukee Artists, and Rogues Artists Group. She is also an award winning, professional fine artist member of The Martini Girls4 Studio in West Allis, Wisconsin.
