Biographical Info I have always been in awe of how great artists and photographers see, and express light in their work. There is magic in capturing a moment that will never exist, exactly the same way again. My photographic work tells stories of light, revealing unique shapes, colors, and textures at a moment in time. My intent is to celebrate the essence of complex subjects with clarity. My photographic images frequently express many types of contradiction within an image. My current focus is on industrial and architectural subjects. These settings exhibit simple organic shapes standing near, or within, angular structures. My compositions show complex settings and repetitive patterns that reveal a personality. This rhythmic quality grounds the image for the viewer. Emphasis on detail and context allows each observer to bring their own life experience to the photographic image.
