Biographical Info Jean D. Sobon is a professional artist working mainly in 2-D Mixed Media, utilizing combinations of collaged papers, drawings and acrylic paint. Sobon’s work contains symbolic imagery derived from the natural world and human nature, myth and dreams, with familiar and, at times, unrelated images brought together in new contexts. The viewer is invited to look within each work to find and create their own associations or meanings.
