Biographical Info My work is a blend of chemistry, physics, and photographic art. I photograph crystals with a microscope using polarized light. I explore how light bends, refracts in, and through, the crystals and highlight the incredible microstructures that are hidden to the naked eye. Abstract photography allows me to embrace spontaneity, letting the process reveal itself. Exploring the microscopic world takes the viewer beyond their normal experiences and opens new worlds of discovery.
