Dean Wydeven
Biographical Info Dean Wydeven is a Wisconsin artist who took an early retirement from a career in the corporate design world to focus his creative energies on the visual arts. He now works in his studio in Appleton using vises that include graphics, painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture to express himself creatively. Dean has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and 33 years of working experience in design. In the last couple of years his work has been shown regularly at the Art Garage in Green Bay and the Art Collective in DePere. He has been fortunate to have a piece purchased by the Neville Public Museum in Green Bay, has been accepted into the Trout Museum Contemporary Show in 2018, and has commissioned collaborative work currently on display at the Community First Champion Center and the Fox Cities Convention & Visitor’s Bureau (Appleton).
