Biographical Info
Nick Schroeder is a ceramic artist. He works out of Cream City Clay in West Allis, Wis., where he has been a member there since 2017. He came to ceramics after more than 30 years as a graphic designer.
He is hand builder and makes a variety of ceramic art works: sculptures, architectural landscapes, and wall-hung tiles. He likes to work in series.
His work has been many juried art exhibitions in the Midwest and around the country. His work has been included in exhibitions juried by Richard Notkin and Beth Lo. He has been included in two of the last three San Angelo North American Ceramic Competitions, a major North American ceramics biennial. He had a solo show at the Quad Cities International Airport during March/April 2026.
