Georgene Pomplun

I am a plein air and studio painter, working in oil and oil pastel. My landscapes celebrate the beauty of both the north woods and the rural areas farther south, where I live. My studio florals and still lifes showcase the joyful bounty of nature at her exuberant best. I always want the viewer to come with me into the landscape or interior of my paintings, and hope that those who see my work will join me there for an interlude of peace and repose.
