WVA NORTH 5 + 5 Invitational Exhibit
Call for ART:
A Portfolio of your work for a possible invitation to exhibit in 5+5 =TEN (working title)
Neville Public Museum, 210 Museum Place, Green Bay, WI 54303
Exhibit Dates: May 1 – July 25, 2027
Work Delivery if invited, by April 25, 2027 (Install dates: April 26-30)
Fee: $20
Note: The fee will go toward printed exhibit cards and reception
and is a donation to the North Chapter.

This exhibit will feature the work of 10 WVA NORTH members
(you must be a current member):
5 members with more established careers and 5 emerging members.
- Call is open to artists working in ALL MEDIA, including 2D, 3D, and video.
- Only original work may be submitted. No digital reproductions of your work.
- There are no size restrictions.
- Submit 8 – 10 works.
- Only currently available works may be submitted, and invited artists are encouraged to create additional work for the committee to review for inclusion in the exhibit.
- The committee is looking for a cohesive body of work;
- The committee will select 10 artists, 5 emerging and 5 established, from the submitted works.
- All selected works must be installation-ready and meet museum standards. The selection committee may consult with invited artists about installing the work.
- Each invited artist will exhibit 5 – 10 works, selected by the committee, depending on size and space.
The Selection/Curatorial Committee will be the NORTH Chapter chair and at least two other NORTH members who did not apply. NOTE: We hope the Neville Museum will invite the WVA NORTH Chapter to repeat this either yearly or every other year. If you are not invited to the 2027 exhibit, you may apply again when this exhibit is offered again.
Required information:
—-Artist’s First name, Last name, Name as you want it to appear, email, phone, address, local newspaper contact if you are interested in PR.
—-Please indicate whether you consider yourself established or emerging.
—-Image files must be named: lastname-firstname-titleofthework.
300 dpi, 6 inches on the longest side, about 1,800 pixels
—-For each image, provide: title, medium, year, image size, expected frame size, and any installation notes.
—-Provide one Artist Statement about the work – 200 words or less
—-Provide one Artist Bio written in the 3rd person – 200 words or less
—-Include any social media links you have and/or website
