North and SE LIGHT Entry Form

This is an OPEN CALL for WVA North and Southeast Chapter Members only.
Exhibition Dates February 5 to March 19, 2027
First work automatically accepted, second work depending on space.
Call closes Monday, November 16, 2026 11:59pm
Notification to artists by December 14, 2026 will be via email from sechapter@wisconsinvisualartists.org or nechapter@wisconsinvisualartists.org

Enter your artwork in the order you'd prefer it to be accepted.
Refer to the Prospectus for details.

This form has three sections: page one is for artist information, page two is for artwork information and page three is for payment. You may go back and forward among pages. You may also save and return later to complete the form, however, you will need to reupload the images.

IMPORTANT: The information in this section will be used for gallery tags and marketing material. Please check carefully for errors, as the information will be used as submitted. Ensure correct capitalization.

Before you submit, prepare your image files. Refer to the Prospectus for conventions
Image Size
Minimum 1800 pixels on the longest size (this is equivalent to 6 inches at 300 dpi)
Minimum file size is 1MB, maximum file size is 5MB
File Naming
Image files MUST use the following naming convention: LastName-FirstInitial-TitleofWork For instance, John Smith's artwork titled "My Painting" will be named Smith-J-MyPainting
Do not use spaces or special characters other than an underscore between the name and title. Upper/Lower case does not matter.
Images that are not correctly labelled will be disqualified.
Format
Acceptable formats for still images are jpg, jpeg, tiff, png.
