Call closes Tuesday, September 15, 2026 (or before, if we reach our work limit of 65 works)
Notification to artists by September 22, 2026 (or earlier, if we reach the work limit) will be via email from nechapter@wisconsinvisualartists.org
The Richeson Gallery can only display between 50-65 works no larger than 40" on each side horizontally & no more than 8 sculptures using pedestals.
If entering two works, please note your preference for which of your two submitted works you would like to be IN the exhibit if there is only room for one of your works to be hung (unless you would like me to make the choice).
All works must be framed or presented in a professional manner.

IMPORTANT: The information in this section will be used for gallery tags and marketing material. Please check carefully for errors, as the information will be used as submitted. Ensure correct capitalization.
Please submit your name, not your business name

Before you submit, prepare your image files.
Image Size
Minimum 1800 pixels on the longest size (this is equivalent to 6 inches at 300 dpi)
Maximum file size is 5MB
For 2D work, matting or framing is generally not included in the image unless the frame is integral to the artwork.
File Naming
Image files MUST use the following naming convention: LastNameFirstInitial_Title For instance, John Smith's artwork titled "My Painting" will be named SmithJ_MyPainting
Do not use spaces or special characters other than an underscore between the name and title. Upper/Lower case does not matter.
Images that are not correctly labelled will be disqualified.
Format
Acceptable formats for still images are jpg, jpeg, png.
